This course is suitable for anybody who is, or intends to be food handlers.
A food handler is any person who handles food, whether open or packaged.
The food can include drinks and ice.

- The importance of personal hygiene and cleanliness in the work place

- Safe preparation, cooking, chilling and re-heating of food
- Safe holding and service of food
Outcome:
- At the end of the course successful delegates will be able to:

Assessment is carried out by multiple choice examination.
